Dr. Fugman - Managing Director
Dr. Fugman has been Associate Professor in the Department of Genetics and Managing Director of the RUCDR since 1998. Dr. Fugman served in a similar capacity at Indiana University School of Medicine from 1990 - 98. After working in blood banking, Dr. Fugman has been coordinating Cell and DNA repositories for 16 years, during which time over 125,000 LCLs have been established. He has over 20 years of cell culture experience, which includes the establishment of a human megakaryocytic leukemia cell line. He is responsible for daily technical oversight of RUCDR, training and staffing, and quality control and quality assurance procedures.
