Xi
Jiang received her BS in Biochemistry and MS in Genetics.
She has been working in a couple of academic laboratories,
participating in different projects, and acquired extensive
experience in a broad range of techniques including PCR, real
time PCR, gene cloning, DNA and RNA isolation, protein
purification and characterization, and tissue culture.
She is currently working as a laboratory researcher in the BRTC.
Her responsibilities include Taqman quantitative PCR, transgenic
mouse genotyping, DNA and RNA extraction, and the collection of
clinical samples.
