The
Microarray Core Facility is a full service microarray
analysis core that offers collaborative options for array data
validation. Users supply RNA from experimental tissue. The core
will perform all "wet bench" molecular biological sample
preparation including: cDNA synthesis, cRNA synthesis and
labeling, and all array applications (hybridization, washing,
scanning). All targets will be tested for quality prior to
probing expression arrays and investigators will be notified
after test chip analysis, prior to hybridization on expression
arrsys. All
studies are concluded with a data analysis consultation which
includes software training. Following preliminary analysis,
investigators will be presented with array data validation and
detailed data analysis options.
